HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Standard Shipping and Order Processing Charges are based on the product total of your order before any coupons or discounts are applied (items marked as freight delivery will incur additional shipping fees). Shipping charges will appear in your cart once you enter your shipping address.

FAST SHIPPING ON 50,000+ ITEMS

Just order by 3PM ET and receive your order in 1-2 business days. Qualifying products indicated at checkout as “Delivery in 1-2 business days.”

For other items, you should receive you order in 3-5 business days.

We are unable to ship to P.O. addresses or private mailing locations.

Oversized and heavy products that require freight delivery are subject to an additional freight delivery fee that will be specified in the shopping cart.

SHIPPING DELIVERY AREA

At this time, we are only able to ship to the Continental U.S. only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

Oversized/Heavy Items: Some of our larger and heavier items are delivered via Oversized Delivery or Standard Truck Delivery. Shipping charges will apply based on the weight/size of the item. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Heavier orders or items that cannot ship via Ground due to their weight and/or size ship via a Freight Line Service. Please allow 3-10 business days for freight deliveries.

If an order will be delivered via a common carrier or freight service, you will be contacted to arrange a window of time for delivery. Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside. The freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery and will contact you directly with any additional charges. Our fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside – customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries. Should the carrier be unable to reach the customer, merchandise will be returned to the warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all fees from the freight carrier in addition to the standard 15% restocking fee.

Hazardous and Other Items: Hazmat items may also incur freight delivery fees to ship these items. Due to federal and state shipping regulations, some items cannot be shipped via plane. These items can only be shipped using the standard Ground delivery service.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order at kavcleaning.com.

ORDER TRACKING

Click on the My Account tab on the home page of our website. After logging in, scroll down to the Order/Billing History section. Here you will be able to view all information, including tracking numbers on all orders.

If you checked out as a guest, you may contact Customer Service at 530-5-2425 to get tracking information or refer to the email you receive with tracking updates a few days after your order is placed.
